Rush Delivery / Expedited Shipping Information

Aspen Country cannot send "Over-Night" deliveries. Our expedited service, UPS 2-Day Air, normally takes 3 full business days to arrive, allowing 1 business day for warehouse order processing. We do not guarantee delivery within 3 business days. Please allow 2 business days for UPS 2-Day Air shipping and 1-2 business days for warehouse processing. Please allow the maximum delivery time (4 full business days) during peak shipping periods and holidays. UPS does NOT deliver on weekends; deliveries are Monday through Friday only. "Rush" shipping is available within the 48 contiguous United States only.

Orders are promptly processed and shipped within 1-2 business days directly from Aspen Country's warehouse located north of Los Angeles, California. Since your package is being shipped from southern California, orders shipped to California normally arrive quite quickly making "Rush" delivery unnecessary. Extreme northern and East Coast deliveries generally take the longest time to arrive to their delivery destination.

Please allow extra shipping time during the holiday season on both Standard Ground Shipping and Rush UPS 2-Day Air services. Fine jewelry cannot be "Rush" delivered; allow 7-14 days for delivery. Please note that all items ordered are not necessarily shipped together.

How to Select "Rush" Delivery for Your Order

When you checkout, select Rush!!! UPS 2-Day Air as your shipping method. The website will automatically calculate the "Rush" shipping charges.

UPS 2-Day Air Tracking Numbers
UPS tracking numbers are not immediately available. In two to three business days, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your Rush UPS 2-Day Air tracking number so that you can track your package at the UPS website. Please note that UPS may take an additional day or two to post package progress. Often your Rush order will be delivered before tracking info is posted at the UPS website.

Most of our "Rush" packages do arrive in 3 business days. Please allow the full 4 business days during peak shipping periods and holidays. If your package is overdue, please E-MAIL customer service immediately for tracking assistance.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii,
Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands

Aspen Country ships to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and other United States territories via USPS Priority Mail service. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. Expedited shipping is not available outside of the 48 contiguous states.

When you checkout, select Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territory as your shipping method. The website will automatically calculate the Priority Mail shipping charges.

Shipping to US Military APO & FPO Addresses

Aspen Country ships to USA Military APO and FPO box destinations using USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery depending on world destination. Expedited shipping is not available on APO or FPO orders.

When you checkout, specify To US Military Abroad: APO or FPO Only as your shipping method. The website will automatically calculate the Priority Mail shipping charges.

Shipping to PO Box Addresses within the 48 States

UPS Ground service requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses. Orders sent to PO Box addresses ship via UPS Basic, a partnership between UPS and USPS. Sending your order to a PO Box costs more to ship and may take longer to arrive. UPS Basic package progress is available at the UPS website, but estimated delivery dates are not available.

Due to increasing fuel prices and shipping fees, we have had to raise our shipping rates for orders shipping to PO Box addresses (see below).

Please use a physical shipping address if at all possible, so that your order can be shipped by UPS Ground. Note that orders shipping to PO Boxes do not qualify for our Free Shipping offer.

Shipping to Canada and Other Foreign Countries

Sorry, Aspen Country does NOT ship to foreign countries (Canada, UK, Australia, Japan, European countries, etc.) due to the long delivery times, enormous shipping costs, duties, and international Customs hassles. Aspen Country does not accept credit cards issued from non-US banks.

30-Day Inspection Period.
If your selection does not meet your every expectation, simply return it within our 30-day inspection period for a prompt exchange or refund of your purchase price (excluding originating shipping and handling fees; customer pays return shipping). Items must be returned in the original packaging. Please also include the original packing slip or a copy.

Returns received after our 30-day inspection period are subject to a 20% merchandise restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns after 60 days. If the credit card used on your purchase has expired, we cannot refund your credit account; instead we will issue you store credit.
